On behalf of the directors of GDM and Concourse, We are delighted to advise that we have completed a management buyout of the two businesses from our private equity investor, Utah Holdings Limited, and merged under our group company, The GDM Group.

The group combines GDM Partnership UK and Ireland and Concourse FM UK and Ireland enabling us to build on the strengths and capabilities of GDM and Concourse providing a range of property related specialist services across the UK and internationally.

We will operate with the following business units:

• MEP Design and Consultancy services
• Framework and Projects Partnerships
• Facility and Real Estate Management services

The senior management team have all taken an equity stake in the business and the new structure is as follows:

• David Moseby – Director, Head of MEP Design
• Craig Scott – Director, Operations
• Chris Doyle – Director, Operations
• Alex Riche – Director, Head of FM business unit
