GDM to attend BCO Copenhagen 2019

GDM are delighted to be attending this year’s BCO Annual conference in Copenhagen on 5-7 June.
Scandinavians are thought to have achieved the best work-life balance and Copenhagen has been voted the ‘Happiest’ and ‘Most Liveable’ city in the world. As one of the most productive workforces on the globe, sustainability and the environment are high on the agenda, so there is no doubt that Copenhagen makes the perfect place to host this year’s BCO Conference.
With a 3-day packed agenda, we’re looking forward to hearing from key speakers presenting innovative ideas and discussing how great workspaces can contribute to health, wellbeing and productivity. This year’s event is called Arbejdsglæde, a Danish word that combines ‘arbejde’, meaning work and ‘glæde’, meaning happiness. Therefore ‘happiness at work.’
Paul Patenall, BCO senior Vice President, explains further about what the event will bring:
“We know that great workspaces enable great productivity, but in the excitement of designing, developing and delivering these places, we must not forget the people who work in them. Our conference focus will be on where people meet places and how developers, designers and occupiers can contribute to a well-balanced and productive workforce. ”
If you’re attending and would like to meet up with a member of the GDM team, then please get in touch with us at one of the contacts below.
