The Economist are soon to vacate their Mayfair Offices and relocate to the Art Deco splendour of The Adelphi Building. 26,000 sqft of office space is soon to be transformed into bespoke accommodation for the international news, politics and business publication.
GDM have recently secured the commission to design the MEP services systems to accommodate the move.
The building offers many challenges in terms of restricted riser, ceiling and floor void zones. GDM have brought their historic detailed knowledge of the building to assist the client and the wider design team in attaining their vision of a space designed for progressive expansion and the long term future.
