Previously, we introduced our batch of mini GDM apprentices, now we’re introducing our new GDM mascot – Introducing Bear, who cannot wait to get into the GDM office and to be honest, neither can we.

Here at GDM we’ve always loved the notion of office dogs and actively encouraged the team to bring in their dogs whenever appropriate. It’s proven that dogs in the workplace are morale boosting, increase productivity, and lead to reduced stress. After all, pets tend to create a comfortable work environment that helps to counterbalance any on-the-job tension, which I’m sure we can all agree is a plus.

As we move into the post Covid world, we feel all of the aforementioned have a heightened importance and look forward to welcoming the team back on a regular basis and having the likes of Bear (plus others) to ease the return back to the office.
