Our Director, Craig Scott will be undertaking the Angkor Wat to Bangkok Cycling Challenge as part of a 34-strong party from the construction industry with the aim to raise a total of over £200,000 for Cancer Research UK.
Their challenge begins in Siem Reap, Cambodia, at the ancient city of Angkor Wat on the 9th of November. Here, Craig and the team will cycle across unpaved, dusty and busy roads for around 6-8 hours per day, covering approximately 375kms over 6 days. The longest days will cover 90kms, whilst battling the heat and humidity with temperatures that can reach the 30s!
We’ll be covering Craig’s journey through Battambang, Pailin, Chanthaburi and Rayong on Twitter @WeareGDM.
