Now the dust has settled, it’s with great pleasure that we announce a recent project, 77 Coleman Street took home the following award at last weeks Mix Interiors Mixology Awards.

An incredible, but challenging project that rivals as a team favourite for recent years. For instance, the main entrance is now on Coleman Street rather than Moorgate, which necessitated moving the cores while retaining the frame. Even so, some 78% of the existing 1980s frame, with its usefully high ceilings, is kept: proving good use of all the embodied carbon.
